Happy Thursday, everyone!
I thought I’d post a great arm workout! I did this workout last night. I started with a mile walk/jog on the treadmill. I followed with this dumbbell circuit using 2lb weights. I did thirty sets of each exercise. My arms were feelin’ the burn by the end!
Don’t forget to stretch before & after your workouts, & keep hydrated with H2O.
