I decided to make this chocolate cake today since I was craving something chocolate. It is organic, gluten free, & only requires milk and oil.
I was skeptical at fist because the batter mix was a little watery (I used low-fat milk, which may have attributed to the consistency), and the batter did not taste good…
However, considering this is a “healthier” alternative to all out chocolate cake, it tastes pretty good. I think some home-made icing would make it really good.
For a little chocolate treat, not too bad! 🙂
